Raw Banana Patties:-
Ingredients:
1 2 Raw Banana
2 1 Potato
3 1/2 tbsp green chilies paste
4 1 tbsp amchur powder/ lemon juice
5 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Stuffing :
1 4 tbsp grated coconut
2 4 tbsp ground nut powder
3 1/4 tbsp red chilies powder
4 1/2 tbsp amchur /dry mango powder
5 2 tbsp coriander leaves
6 salt as per your taste
Procedure:
First we have to par boil raw banana and potato for 20 minutes.
Then peel and grate banana and potatoes, Add all the ingredients coriander leaves, amchur powder, green chilies paste and salt. Mix it well and make balls and keep it aside.
Other side take stuffing ingredients and mix it well .With the help of your hand gently flatten the balls of patties then place a spoonful of stuffing ingredient into it and form them into an oval shape. Apply some ground nut powder over a patties and roast on an iron pan. Cook the patties from both the sides for the 2-3 minutes. Patties should be ready and serve it in a plate .
